"In today's market, Keep It Cool Air Conditioning, LLC. is an unusual enterprise. We purchased an central AC from them a few years ago and actually look forward to having Gary back to maintain it. Service is reliable and prompt. Prices are competitive and reasonable. Garry has never tried to sell us something we don't need just to pad the bill. We trust this company completely and feel confident in recommending Keep It Cool to meet all your AC needs."

"Louis was prompt and professional. Cleaned both upstairs and downstairs drain lines and checked thermostat of downstairs unit. He was thorough and explained the process he was using. Very pleased with service."

"The technician spent time looking at everything on the air conditioner unit and kept finding things that weren’t working correctly or not working at all He said his goal was to get it running that day but gave prices on everything that needed repaired, but most needed replaced. He got pricing for a new unit and didn’t pressure me in any way whether to replace the parts or buy a new unit. It was clear I’d be money ahead in the long run to get a new unit so I decided which one I wanted and he set up for installation for the next business day!!"

"Great Job repairing our Central AC. They were courteous and respectful of our home. They arrived when promised. Would definitely recommend them!"

"Owner called immediately after posting we needed AC repair. He came that day, was very professional and two days later new system was installed. Another company quoted $16,000 and Leading Air and Heat quoted $8375 for same job and same unit as Duran Duran."

"Very professional and knowledgable. Excellent service. 5 star!"

"Less than a few hours since repair and AC nice and cool , Chris was professional and cordial ,also answered any questions before and after . I'm not informed in the business enough to say the pricing was great , so I"ll never give a 5 star rating in that specific category . An invoice with pricing is given with breakdown , overall I'm content with the service and repair ,,, so far so good . Definitely recommend ."

"We had a new AC unit and some new duct work installed by Tropic Air and Heat last month. They had been referred to us by some very reputable people in the industry ! I cannot say enough good about this company! We had several companies give us a quote, but Tropic was by far the most honest, knowledgeable and customer oriented! They did an amazing job and we would highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed!!!! If I we could give them 10 stars, we would!"

"I had a very favorable experience with Duron. Honesty is important for me and the technician, John was very informative about the condition and life expectancy of my Jandy Heat pump for the pool. I would call Duron again, and I would insist on John being my repair man!"
