This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. "Toby came late on Thursday to repair a toilet that had given me problems for years. It appeared it was only a flapper problem that anyone could fix, but nothing worked permanently. Toby explained and showed how the toilet was defective. We scheduled the replacement for the next day, sometime after noon. I was called as soon as he was on his way, and he got the job done in a much shorter time than I expected. Toby was friendly, professional and skilled. "I purchased the special dryer vent cleaning package and with a few days a very nice young man arrived to clean out the vent. The service technician was very professional and personable. The dryer is located in a very small laundry room and Robert managed to pull it out from the wall. Then I turned off the water so he could detach the hose for the steam cycle and within about an hour he had cleaned a ton of lint from the back of the dryer and the outside ventilation vent. When he was finished he cleaned everything up and the dryer works so much better now. I will definitely use this company again."
