"I am STILL very happy with Mezgers' sevices !! And will use them again !! PROVIDED that technician "NATHAN" will not be the one who is in charge of the repairs! He was disrespectful, clearly did NOT wanna be working at that time of the day (8pm) and did not do a good job !!
On the contrary, all the other service guys from the company have always been trustful, professional and very respectful and efficient! 
Hence my surprise and desappointment last night.
Still I will continue recommending MEZGER company ...not that one 'NATHAN' guy!

"Our entire experience with them was first class, they were on time, worked efficiently and were very polite and cleaned up everything when finished. I would highly recommend them. We also had them install an air conditioner and a hot water heater with the same results. The products they recommended and installed actually lowered our utility bills. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
