"We called JR HVAC Services to get a second opinion on our A/C unit not cooling. Brenton let me know when he was on the way to my house and also when he arrived. He was very respectful, which can be very rare nowadays, friendly, and knowledgeable. He looked at our A/C unit and found the problem and before he did anything, he went over what he found wrong with my husband and I and let us know how much it would cost before doing the work. Brenton was able to replace a part and get our unit cooling for less then $200 and the other company wanted to replace our unit and charge over $7000.00!! Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
