"We needed to have both bathrooms in a two bedroom condominium remodeled and it was proving quite difficult to find a contractor. The price quotes for the job were very divergent and many, after the initial visit, never submitted a bid or answered our telephone calls which got super frustrating. Finally we got an appointment with Tom and Lucas who showed up on time, even a bit early, went over the job with us, gave an estimate, assured us that everybody working on the jobsite would be properly licensed, bonded, and insured and all permits would be pulled and all inspections would conducted. They impressed us with their youthful energy, sincerity, attention to detail and stating that all work would be up to code. They promised that there would be no unexpected cost overruns and that the job would be done on time. They are not the cheapest, but after talking to a lot of people, and getting a lot of estimates, we understand that bathroom remodeling is simply costly. The job is well towards completion and everything so far has been great and the bathrooms will look fantastic!"

"The work was done well and in a timely manner. I was very impressed by how quickly things got finished once permitting issues were resolved. They did an excellent job staying on top of permitting issues and were always available for communication addressing any issues/concerns. Cabinetry and countertops are top notch. "I hired Yari based on positive Angie's List reviews.  Overall, I'd give him a luke warm rating, and MIGHT use him again, though would probably investigate some other options first.  The work done overall was good, however...

The clean-up was poor.  There was a LOT of small broken tile bits and dust left over after they replaced the kitchen tiles.  I have cats (as they saw), and they could have very easily tracked sharp small bits of broken tile on their paws from the loads of it left on the kitchen floor and in the grooves where the grout is.  When they repaired the broken stucco outside, they left dust and debris at the site and obviously threw the remaining water/plaster/mortar/whatever mix through a fence and into my neighbor's yard (am going to try and attach pix - I think I can do that here).  The price he quoted me was for parts and labor ASSUMING I had all those parts already.  I had to go myself with one of his workers to a nearby plumbing supply store to pick up needed items.

He was very responsive in person and by phone, and very cordial and prompt.  The work was decent enough.  I don't know enough about home repairs and contracting to know how fair the price was, but it seemed to be in the ballpark. 

Overall recommendation : Proceed, but with caution, and make sure you're clear from the outset what exactly your needs are and what exactly he's promising to provide.  And make sure they clean up properly before leaving."

"The crew was excellent. They removed the old tree and were careful not to damage the sprinkler system or any other landscaping around the dead tree. They also did an outstanding job with the annual tree trimming. They were prompt, prepared, and efficient. The work was excellent. I will be using them year for the annual tree trimming.
