"This company was brought in from the insurance company. Contacting them was very difficult, follow up was **** poor, and the manager even hung up on us during discussion. It started out rough when we keep trying to schedule them to come out and start the water mediation. It got to the point where they finally told us the night before that they would be coming in the morning. Once the mediation and demo was completed, we received a final estimate from the insurance company. This Haven then decided on their own to come in and start the repairs based on the estimate with out communicating with us. One of the issues we had was that we did not want the popcorn added back to the ceiling. This was communicated to the insurance adjuster who stated that we do not have to have that put back on if we do not want it. It was also communicated to Haven not to put the popcorn back on the ceiling. Haven went ahead it and added then wanted to get paid to remove it after they made the mistake. We had asked them to stop all work until we get things cleared up with the insurance company and Haven agreed. They sent someone out the next day to continue working. We had to shut them down and send them away. When we tried to discuss this with them the owner (boss) got very frustrating. Wouldn't listen to what we had to say and even hung up on us. He did call back 10 mins later with the project manager overseeing the project. But again would not listen to us and became combative. Even after we told them the conversation was over and they were not to finish the job, they still wanted to argwith us. I told him several times the conversation is done and we are going to move on from them, they still wouldn't listen and wanted to argue. We will never use them again. Completely unprofessional. We will also be filling a complaint with the BBB and the insurance company. Worst experience ever."
