The job took a surprise turn as it revealed that the damage was much greater than expected due to water damage that has rotten the wall, insulation and had mold. I instantly panicked, Bill sat with me and gave me options to replace the 276 ft wall , brought me samples, and quoted me different options, My one day repair turned into a 3 week complete front of the house rehab due to the discovery that my house was my tyvek wrapped by builders my windows were never sealed or flashed properly.
