Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

"Masters Carpet Care did a fantastic job and made my home livable again. I have an elderly dachshund who urinated on our couch and another recliner that was absolutely covered in dog hair and oils. They came in and made them both look (and smell!) new again. They cleaned out tile and grout and had it back to white (it was supposed to be white?!) and sealed it as well so it is protected going forward. They've saved me before cleaning out (another) puppy "accident" from my carpets right before my wedding and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the area in need of help. "It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. I have a dumpster delivered last summer and they gouged my driveway. What a nightmare it was to get them to pay for the driveway to be fixed. NEVER AGAIN! It's BullBag only for our future needs."
