"Decided to give MSD a call as I had another company over the house today to fix my AC and they were not able to repair it as they needed to order parts. Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. He unfortunately couldn't send some one out as he was super jammed with the current heat wave. I will not hesitate to call Mehmet again as he is a true professional and very knowledgeable."

"Eric and his Installers were so nice and respectful.. they showed up to the job at 8 am (exactly when they said they would) they installed a new Rheen central air system in my house. They did an amazing job especially since the weather was so bad that day. it poured rain all day, but that did not slow them down.. they did not rush or cut corners and the work was done right.. they even took the time to answer all my questions and show me all they did and explain the good and bad of the installation.. they were very clean and did not leave a mess.. very reasonably priced too. "Luis is the man !! I opted for an urgent repair for the next 24-48hours at 9:45pm. I received a call from him 15 minutes later ready ready to come over and address the situation. I asked him if he could meet me the after work the next day between 1-3PM. He said I’ll be there. After speaking with him for a few minutes I can tell he was highly experienced and confident. Sure enough in no time at all he was able to repair my 60 year old boiler. I highly recommend if you have any heating and cooling issues DO NOT hesitate to reach out to him.
