"An inspection was done on my home and the inspector provided a list of HVAC and electrical repairs to be addressed. Evans Heating and Cooling reviewed the inspection report, and went through it with me. They identified that some of the items were indeed in need of repair, they identified items the inspector didn't notice, and they also found that the inspector was incorrect in some of their assessments. Evans to the time to thoroughly review the information, explain what needed to be done, and help me make an informed decision about which repairs and maintenance to have done. Additionally, Evans Heating and Cooling is reliable, trustworthy, dependable, and accountable. At one point, one of the repairs Evans addressed didn't take. I called them to let them know and they promptly headed back to my home and re-addressed the repair free of charge. I highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC and Electrical needs, and I plan to use them for all of my future needs!"

He was knowledgeable and recommended several ways for me to keep the water heater functioning well for a longer life of the unit. He was very polite and addressed some other questions that I had in regard to plumbing. He will be my go to plumber and I will refer him to my friends in the area. He did an excellent job of walking me through the process after hours last night when I realized my water heater was not functioning correctly.
