He and his crew were there within in a day, had the entire job completed in two days. Since I was at work, Kevin sent pictures at every stage of the process. In addition to completing everything that he had promised, there were some additional blue stones that needed to be reset that he was not aware of, and he took care of them without charging extra. The back steps, since it was so poorly built to begin with, Kevin replaced it all with new brick which was not part of the original agreement; again no extra charge. I have always been afraid to deal with contractors with all of the stories I hear; I'm so happy that I went ahead and contacted Kevin."

"Paul showed up on Saturday at the agreed time and walked through our list of items.  Of the eight or so, he fixed two right then, for free.  Power washing the deck was on the list and he recommended that I try bleach first and if that didn't work then he'd give an estimate for washing.  He agreed that our 40-year old back door lockset needs to be replaced and suggested that Harvey's Ace hardware store in Needham might be a good source as they do locksmithing.  He also suggested that we call a plumber to address a clogged drain issue.  He is coming back to re-grout a leaking shower and to free up some painted-over interior sliding storm windows, which he showed me how to do, but I asked him to do it.  His estimates seemed reasonable so we asked him to do those jobs.  He will call us in a week or so to set a date and time. <br /> Paul couldn't have been nicer and struck up a conversation with our 2 1/2 year old grandson who insisted on being involved in the process. <br />"
