They worked through heat, humidity and extreme storms on a Tuesday only to be greeted by snow, ice and below freezing temps on Wednesday. "Except for having to wait for the workers, the job was done quickly and efficiently.  I think that the workers expected me to have some things for their use that they should have alerted me about.  Or they could have provided those things.  They left some metal pieces laying around that I had to clean up however and I wasn't thrilled with sweeping up after them in a cold garage but they were not awful.  I was supposed to remove some large nails after a few days from the trim but was not able to do so.  The owner was called and stopped over within the hour to remove the nails.

"We initially had some difficulty getting started because Bryan was ill. After he recovered an appointment was sheduled and during the initial visit, he seemed knowledgable. After not receiving a bid for 2 months, I contacted him and he got us the bid 7 days later. His bid was in the running, but we put our project on hold for awhile and eventually contacted him for an updated estimate which he provided via e-mail. We had some questions which he answered quickly by phone. We also asked for detailed pricing for each part of the project that was itemized rather than just a grand total. We received this after several weeks and a follow up call. Panda Properties was a serious contender for our project but we decided to go with someone else who was very knowlegeable about building codes, provided a better floor plan and could start immediately."
