"Install was just yesterday but install crew was very professional. Did a thorough clean-up job when they were done. Process to get to install was straightforward and efficient. Pricing was very competitive. One small hiccup along the way which was resolved successfully in less than 1 hour. To this point, very impressed with Team Enoch and would not hesitate to recommend them."

"what a great company to have work done on my home. From the sales to the installation I could not be happier with my attic re-insulate. I noticed a great difference in the coolness of my home within a few hours. Thanks to the Kelly's team a good cheer and a hurray. I would definitely hire them again."

"Eric Gutierrez is great work and new installation."

"Great quick and fast. Call and in 2 hours we're in my house fixing the AC"

"I was able to go from quote to install in about 24 hours"

"Excellent service from John Moore! This review goes across the board to capture all those involved from the initial call for service to the final step of installation/replacement. We’ve used John Moore Services for several things in the past three months and once again they did not disappoint. Great customer service, pricing, speed and efficiency in installation! Highly recommend!!"

"They first brought in and attempted to install the wrong (lower level) model but the job boss caught it and they brought in the correct one. Then they couldn't get the thermostat to work but came back the next day and got it working. The next week the thermostat read 3 degrees higher than the set temp, next day it was a 4 degree difference, next day the screen went blank. They came out within an hour and fixed it but didn't seem to know what was wrong. Seems like the problem is with the American Standard product though. Cuccos was quick to fix the problems and very polite and clean. But also, the Angie's List page says they give a 10% discount to seniors and I didn't get that - when I asked, instead the owner offered 5 years free maintenance."

"okay, but not great. For the wiring, he just changed the bulbs, which I provided. Was unable to fix the wall outlet. In the process, he broke the wall switch. Had to replace it with a different switch, which I don't like as well. I didn't realize until after he left that he had installed it backwards. I can live with it, but it's inconvenient."

"Went very well, fixed my computer quickly, worth the money

"Great price and installation. Installed 2 systems in 1 day for less than others bid for 1 system!! Very happy with Enoch. In fact, I already referred them to a friend!"
