"Beautiful job! The kitchen counters have nevaska granite, and perla venata quartzite for the kitchen bar. Went in one Saturday, founds the ones we liked, took samples home to test for staining, etching, scratches - both passed with flying colors. Went back the next Saturday to pick our slabs, they came and measured, went back for placement on the stone and they installed the following Friday. They were in and out in a little over 2 hours. Very nice bunch of guys who did a beautiful job, didn't break or ruin anything - it was a pleasure to have a job run smooth and everything look better than when they came. We love the new stone, it looks like we have a bigger kitchen and the stone is so beautiful - we couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend KOL - they have an extensive selection, will answer ALL the questions you may have, and do a wonderful installation."

It couldn't have gone any smoother working with Kevin.  He was responsive, professional and delivered first quality work.  We originally thought we could tackle the kitchen backsplash ourselves, but the tile we selected combined glass and stone.  Didn't want to take a chance and opted for a tile expert.  He arrived on time and quickly completed the job with little to no mess.  We are extremely pleased and cannot believe our kitchen is finally done!  Highly recommend Love Tile and Marble for any home improvements. "Removed old shower pan that was leaking and installed new one with tile. The tile looks great but they did a poor job of housekeeping at end of job and also didn't cover up tile holes when they re-installed our shower door. When I complained about this I was assured it was an easy fix and that they'd come back to cover 'next week', but that was in February and I haven't heard from them since. I guess they ran out of garbage bags and tried to fit all debris (~200 lbs) into 1 garbage bag that was then drug across my porch, yard, and driveway, scraping all up in the process. The garbage company wouldn't take since it was too heavy to lift, and I ended up needing to transfer to 4 contractor bags to make lift able. I was very happy with crew through the first few days but left on a bad note and also didn't get a professional follow-up when Ralph said he'd fix the holes."

"I have been using LHI for several years now and have always had nothing but great experiences with their painting, carpentry and tile work. "I had hired the company to clean two light colored carpets and one set of steps.  As it turned out, one of the carpets was actually a wool rug, and Shawn explained that the hot wet-cleaning process he uses could potentially damage the wool rug.  He does wool rugs at his plant from April to October using a different process.
It was hugely helpful to me that Shawn explained the construction of my "berber" carpet and that once the fibers are tamped down, they remain tamped down. Despite the constructure of the carpet, Shawn did a great job in the cleaning.
After cleaning the carpet, instead of the third area, Shawn cleaned a large navy blue sofa.  Cleaning such a sofa costs $99 alone, but he did not charge anything extra.  He did a great job on the sofa even cleaning the four throw pillows sitting on the sofa.
I have lived in multiple homes over the years and have had my carpets and furniture cleaned frequently.  No one has been so thorough in explaining the process before or taking the time to clean so completely.  I really appreciated the time Shawn spent to clarify the material of the rug and realistic expectations of cleaning.
