"Service Tech Ed DeMore, who had originally installed our tankless water heater, responded and realised the unit had to be reset and recalibrated after an error message caused the unit to stop and not restart during the snowstorm of last Monday. He had us up and running in just a short amount of time. Eddie is an excellent and knowledgable employee with a great attitude. He is very pleasant and we hope A. J. Perry realises what a great asset they have in Ed."

"I needed to replace my old hot water heater. I chose this company and called and left a message. Steve called me back promptly and I explained what I needed done. I also told him that the space where the unit was located was extremely small, and he said no problem. He quoted me a price that I thought was reasonable. He answered every questions that I had (and I had quite a few) We scheduled an appointment for the installation. He called the day before to confirm and showed up on time. After the job was finished, he sent me the paperwork to obtain my permit from the township. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and use him again should I need to. Job well done."

"It went well. The install was done in approximately 3 hours; knowledgeable technicians. Our drinking water tastes amazing and resolved hard water problem."

"They arrived on time. The owner Steve is very friendly and professional. The installers were friendly and installed the water heater quickly. We didn't have any issues. The price was lower than all other quotes we received."

"We are very happy with our new water softener unit. From the first encounter over the phone to the end of the installation it was a pleasant experience. Roger, the owner, responded immediately to my initial inquiry and was very helpful in providing information and pointing to several sources online where I could get additional information on the different types of water softeners. The entire process was very easy and went smoothly. Everyone we dealt with was friendly. Roger and team were punctual and took the time to explain the system and how to maintain it afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend Purely Water for your water softner needs."

"The unit I had purchased from Home Depot had a piece missing, this was noticed by Easy Flow and I returned it to store for a new one. Once again, Easy Flow inspected the new unit and recommended I return it as it seemed the unit was previously installed and removed before being returned to the store. I finally picked up the third unit with a Home Depot employee verifying that it was brand new and Easy Flow installed it. I appreciate that Easy Flow remained while I went through the return process.

"Repairman, Andrew, came and located the problem. The ignitor had burned out, so the burners would not light. Andrew did not have the part in his truck but was able to fit in a used part from another furnace to give me heat until he got the other part. I got a call the next day and scheduled a time to put in the exact part. Again, repairman was within the stated time window. Heat working well."

"Included in the price of the 50 gallon water heater I needed was the plumbers picking up the new water heater, transporting it to my home, navigating the steps down to the basement, and taking away the old water heater. All for the price on the receipt for the new water heater. What Mr. Simpson charges for is the installation of the new water heater and the peace of mind that comes with having a master plumber do a masterful job. Articulate, polite, and efficient, he made me aware of everything he was doing every step of the way. He is obviously a person who takes pride in his work. Mr. Simpson's work comes with a guarantee to amend any problem that arises. A guarantee I have not needed to avail myself of, but appreciate nonetheless. I am thoroughly satisfied with the job he did, and recommend him as an honest tradesman."
