"The owner called me and confirmed that I still wanted my security doors install. I was given a day on the weekend, but he called me and said he can get to me early in the week and it was my only off day. He kept in touch with me until the day my doors were to be installed. He sent his workers out to my house and they were very nice and respectful. They put my doors up so fast within a few hours, as they ran into a little problem out the door up. That wasn’t a problem for them they fixed it right away. I love my doors and the way they cleaned up after themselves when they got finished. After the door was done they made sure that I was satisfied, and I was very satisfied. My owner also called to see if I was satisfied with their work. I love their work how fast, neat and clean their work was. My son came over and asked who did my doors, he will be using their service as well as me for my future home projects. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

Marvelous job!  Our 11-year-old house was long past due for new paint.  Lots of patching was required in all rooms; Chris and Arturo found and repaired areas we hadn't even noticed.  This was an arduous task - the ceilings in the living room and foyer are two stories high.  The painters arrived promptly every day, behaved professionally, and completed the work in about 4 days. Our house looks far better than it did when new.  I only have three wishes:

1)  Wish we hadn't waited so long

2)  Wish we had painted after fireplace and foyer tile work and new carpet.  The painters didn't spill a drop but the tile guy and carpet installers banged up our newly-painted baseboards.  We'll gladly hire Chris to touch up the damage.

3)  Wish other types of home improvement services were included in his repertoire.  He'd have a full-time job at our house!

"They kid they sent out didn't seem to have any idea what he was doing. He stood in the backyard just turning around. He didn't take any measurements, he didn't ask what I wanted done, he just stared. Then he said they'd send someone else out to give me a quote. Well, no one else came. I finally got an estimate via email with no details or information. It just said Fix fence - labor and materials - [price] and screen porch labor and materials [price]. No one asked me for specific information for what I wanted done and the cost to screen the existing porch was insane. You'd think they were going to build the whole dang porch. I didn't respond and hired another company to come out. This company was incredibly unprofessional. I definitely wouldn't recommend them."

"They arrived promptly and reviewed the work with me.  They agreed to paint the areas that I wanted painted plus cover a water stain on my ceiling.  I had recently installed granite counter tops so there were a couple areas that needed drywall repair and/or caulking so they took care of that also.  They covered my furniture and counter tops.  The job was very professional.  They worked steadily and independently.  I was able to work in my office without interruption the entire day.  They applied two coats and the results were very nice.  They insisted upon putting the furniture back in place and they left everything clean and tidy.

"Shain was very friendly and worked very close with me on a tight time frame to get the work completed. He did a great job removing very stubborn wallpaper. I called several companies and they were not interested in even providing me a quote to remove the wallpaper. He's crew did a great job with painting and clean up.
