"The technician, James, was on time, was courteous and very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, and then, since I was paying for a service call, he cleaned my condenser coils. He was finished in less than an hour. Great experience. The only negative comment I might make is that James' service van left a couple of nasty oil stains on my concrete driveway. I would recommend that service vehicles never park in a customer's driveway, especially when there is ample parking in the street."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Fast response after submitting problem. AC unit details were too faded to read so Carl came by to give find out what parts would be needed and give a estimate the same day. His estimate was lower then I had expected since it needed more work than past repair work. He showed up the next morning on time (actually early) and had the AC going before the day got hot. His price ended up on the low side of his estimate. And having it repaired within a day was a added bonus. He also removed spice lines and went direct, and made sure to replace the capacitor to insure proper compatibility. I have found my new HVAC repair person."

Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue!
