"Once again I called Sam for assistance. The heavy rain last week caused flooding in my basement resulting in a problem with my heat/air unit and hot water. He came the same day I called quickly fixed the hot water problem. My other unit which was 40 years old needed to be replaced. He gave me a fair quote set up the old unit temporarily and would be able to install the new unit in just 2 days. The team arrived at 8:45AM and worked until 11PM. The new unit is working beautiful. They did a fantastic job. Sam went above and beyond to help us out. I cannot praise him enough and would highly recommend them."

"Previously, I had gotten burned by a plumber from a different company during a water heater installation (literally, the house was on fire from blow torch - welding pipes) which made me very skeptical. When Moe and John arrived we reviewed the job and discussed the coupon that was offered as part of the service. When I learned that there were issues because of the "fine print" details of the job, I was ready to end the conversation and move on to the plumbing company. However, they were quick to honor the spirit of the coupon, gave me a fair price (though it was a little more than I initially wanted to spend - the job was more involved than I first thought) and even went with me to Home Depot to provide hands on recommendations regarding the replacement faucet. I paid for the faucet myself, so there was no mark up on the price and they installed it immediately; checking for leaks throughout the process to make sure there were no issues. They did an excellent job! I can wholeheartedly recommend them and yes, I would hire them again! Moe - Apologies for the late review, but I did keep my word."

He quoted us reasonably - and was generous with his work and time when what we thought was a simple job turned out to be much more complicated. "This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

Greenleaf did a great job of fixing an emergency situation we had with both our plumbing and heating. As soon as I called him he was very responsive, told me certain precautions to take while he was on his way, and got there quickly. As soon as he arrived he did a thorough check on everything effected by a pipe that burst, gave us a few options on the best way to fix this issue going forward and quickly repaired the pipe and added insulation to prevent future issues. He then took a look at a heating issue that we had, which was ongoing for over a year, and was able to fix it quickly (when no other company could figure it out). This is who you should hire if you need an honest and reliable company. We will be using him for many years to come as it is very hard to find companies that don't try to take advantage or exaggerate their charges when it comes to these situations. Great guy great company.

"I was very satisfied with the installation.  The workers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and from all indications the installed product is of high quality.  The supervisor was extremely helpful with the planning and managed the job well.  He responded quickly when I notified the company a few days after the installation that some adjustment was needed on three of the sprinklers. The supervisor, workers, and the office staff that I interacted with were professional in every way.  I would not hesitate to recommend this company.   "
