"Things went great! Moe assessed the problem with each of the toilets in my home. He looked at the first toilet and determined the entire mechanism inside the tank (float and flapper) needed to be replaced. The second toilet was an easy fix so he did that free of charge. The third toilet he determined only needed a handle, which I told him I could replace myself once I went to purchase the correct handle. So, he completed the repair on the first toilet and as a new customer he honored the 15% of coupon for Angie's List members. I was a little disappointed that a new toilet mechanism with labor costs $175. However, based on my research this price is about $20 cheaper than the average cost to repair a toilet. Bottom line - Mark hit all four at an incredibly high level...not only did he prove himself to indeed be a master plumber but also a master service provider. After a few not so successful experiences in the past, I am happy to say I have found my go to for all plumbing needs and I recommend MFS with my highest confidence. Details - I had a clogged drain which I was unsuccessful at snaking myself and proved to be a bit more complicated than initially thought, requiring some replacement plumbing. Mark responded to me immediately and his communication throughout the process was incredible. He made allowances to conform to my schedule, coming out on a Sunday even though it wasn't an emergency (and not charging emergency prices!). When the job required more than we had anticipated, Mark arranged to come back two days later, again convenient to my schedule, and completed the repair/replacement of some plumbing while clearing the pipes. I was not able to be present for the final repairs on the second visit so Mark actually sent me pictures of the work upon completion and a video of the water vortexing down the drain! He inspected the chairs at the house and said they would have to be taken apart, and re-glued as they are were all held together with dowels. "What we thought was going to be a simple problem became problematic.  Had a hard time using the snake and had to go to the basement pipes.  The kitchen sink has it's own pipe system that is not connected to the other pipes in the house.  Since the pipes are small they had to try differnt snakes.  They figured oot what  to do and didn't leave until they were satisfied that the drainage problem from the kitchen sink would not happen again.  
What we realy liked was when they got the drainage cleared in the sink, they relized that if they didn't clean the pipes in the basement that go out to the street, we eventually would have the same problem.  So, what probably should have taken an hour at the most took from 10am to approximately 3pm.  They would not leave until they were satified.  And they did not up their fee.,
We highly recommend them for there punctuality and professionalism; and they were nice guys too.  We will definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends, family and neighbors.
