Marcus went to work, going above and beyond to fix issue -- digging and cutting out specific piece of broken pipe, making sure remaining pipe was ok by snaking hose, performed repairs and cleaned up yard. In a rarity these days -- his efforts -- on a day when many others would have taken a short cut or mailed it in, showed he wanted to do the right thing. Very thankful and impressed. Worse, they left a metal tool inside the assembly, blocking water flow. While the drain placement was okay, the plumbing is now a disaster. They tore up the floor unnecessarily when they could have just cut small plugs around the pipe, swapped the plastic, and used thinnest Because of their "gung-ho" attitude and lack of communication."
