"Everything went great! Caleb Bain (the owner) is a really responsive and just an all around honest and good person. We received four quotes (3 from Angie's List vendors) and his was on the lower end of them all. He communicated everything with me very well, so that I had no surprises. After the work was completed and he had already been paid; I received a letter from the city stating that I needed to have a permit to install the system and that water lines needed to be at least 3' from the curb. I called Caleb and he did all the leg work and took care of the issue. Caleb also told me that he would come back in the winter to show me how to winterize the system, which kind of surprised me as most contractors will take your money and run, but I know that he is a man of his word and will come back to show me. I wouldn't think twice about using someone else."
