In Spring of 2016 I contacted the Leaky Cellar due to a modest leak from a storm in an area they had previously repaired (warranty support). "The company did a blow-in of insulation material between the studs and in the attic space. There were several areas in the garage where there was no drywall and they had a method of containing the insulation material so that drywall would be added later. They even insulated on the small spaces above and beside the garage door. Since the insulation has been installed, the temperature has stayed around 55 degrees on a pretty consistent basis. The estimate I received was 1/2 the amount received from another company. They brought a sample of the blow-in material and showed a video of how the insulation would be contained where there was no drywall. Now, here is the icing on the cake: between the time of the estimate and the time of the installation, I tore the meniscus in a knee, making me unable to prep the garage by moving items away from the wall. The installers backed my car out of the garage, moved the items and then moved everything back. Outstanding customer service!"
