"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. I got 3 estimates for the same Trane AC units, removal of 2 very old systems and install of 2 new systems and they were the best price by far and offered a 2 year labor warranty on top of it. "We were doing some upgrades in our older house and I wanted to have central A/C and to remove the old baseboard heating system. I contacted a couple of the larger A/C contractors and they all came in around the same price while using different manufacturers and in some cases even different sized systems. I found an ad for Green Heating and called Dan who quickly scheduled a visit. I liked Dan from the start. He's down to earth and personable. His price was excellent, he was a couple thousand dollars cheaper than one of the other contractors while quoting almost the same equipment (one of the components that Dan used was a new version than the other guy quoted). When we were finally ready for the installation, Dan worked with me to schedule the installation and he did it in the time promised and in the time frame he quoted. I like the system and we were very comfortable in our home this summer, which was hot and this was the first summer that we've had whole house AC. In 9 months we have had 0 issues with the system. I whole heartedly recommend Dan and will use him when general system checks or any maintenance is needed."

"Adem at AAC was amazing and I highly recommend him for HVAC services. I had two HVAC units that needed replacement after 25+ years of operation. He performed the job quickly with his helper and left everything clean. Since this was a large job, I reached out to 3 other companies for quotes including some very large names and another family operated business. Adem was the last person I met, was more knowledgeable, and provided a reasonable price. His quote was significantly cheaper than the large, brand name company that operates in the area and in line with the more reasonable operators but provided slightly better equipment. I ultimately chose him after speaking with a neighbor who provided a great recommendation for him as well. The process was smooth, both units inside and out were completed within a day and half with little to no oversight or bother to me (I work from home). After the units were installed he filed inspection paperwork and was in contact with me until that was complete. My first mechanical inspection failed, because of faulty work that was done by a prior technician. Adem had warned me about those potential minor issues before he left as well. Adem immediately returned and fixed those issues at no additional cost. I saved Adem's information and will never waste my time getting other quotes if I ever have an issue with my system at this property or any others in the area. There is no reason to go with anyone else just leave it to Adem."

"Kevin came out for us on Christmas Eve morning, taking time from his holiday. We'd just finally had our new washer installed, with clothes piling up, when the dryer went on the fritz. Kevin did an outstanding job, replacing the dryer vent to the wall, and repairing a disconnected outlet vent in the basement. The dryer now works like a champ, and we can finally winnow down that clothes backlog. A great job, greatly appreciated!

"I have been a customer for 3 years since we moved to the area. WPSC has been a great find. We have three cars, and all are beyond the warranty years. They are quite flexible, honest and reasonable with cost/fees. They do not add any additional services if not needed."

"AC was installed by another company listed on Angie's in 2014. Without a maintenance agreement, they charged $89+tax just to come out and check the system. I was then told that the coil needed to be acid washed at a cost of an additional $207+tax. I thought this a bit much for a system that was not that old. Herring's had an offer on Angie's for $84.55 for a 20-point Tune-up including cleaning the coil. Andrew from Herring's checked out the system in the attic and the outside unit and found that the amount of coolant in the system was not what the manufacturer specified. He added two pounds and only charged for one pound @$80, in addition to the $89. He said the coil did not need cleaning. He also suggested we try using a thinner filter in the return vent to see if that helps. A friend has since told me that $80 per pound for coolant is steep, but since he gave one pound free it worked out about right. The AC seemed to be working much better, but the weather cooled down and we have not had 90+ degree days since then, In fact, it has been off for two days of cool weather. I will see how it does when we get another hot spell."

"Mike Zam and his worker Albert cleaned all my air ducts, registers, and dryer vent. I paid $530 for the first 15 ducts and vents. After that I paid $20 per additional duct and vent. I paid $100 for the dryer vent cleaning for a total of $740. While the work was being completed Mr. Zam made a strong sales pitch for another $1400 to be paid for an Air Scrubbers Plus--a whole house air purifier which is attached to the furnace. He also strongly advised me to pay another $310 to have the coil blades in my furnace cleaned. (I got him down to $270) While he was taking the bottom part of my Lennox furnace apart he received a phone call. He then told me he had to leave and than another service man would call me the next day to do the job. As a result, I had time to call my HVAC service man to discuss these high price additions. He informed me that neither was needed. I checked online regarding the Air Scubbers Plus and found out that the whole- house air purifier's effectiveness greatly diminishes the farther away a room is from the unit. After the men (about 2 1/2 hrs or so) I discovered a lower register hanging off the wall in my living room. In my bedroom the upper and lower registers were reinstalled backwards, making it impossible to slide the lever controlling the louvers. To move the lever necessitated a hammer and a screwdriver. My recommendation to anyone considering air duct cleaning is to watch the process closely. I did not with Eco Friendly Services. And I regret it."
