"Abe is very personable and prides himself on his customer service. He was the first to respond to my Home Advisor request for water heater repair professionals and offered to come look at my water heater the same night. Since it was not an emergency, I waited until the next day. The only reason I did not give a five star rating is because my old tank was not removed from my basement as quickly as it could have been.
