"Paul was professional, courteous, friendly and thorough. I will have Kettle Moraine Heating and Air Conditioning come again next time I need service for my furnace or air conditioner."

"The technician arrived on time, was courteous and well-spoken, and knowledgeable regarding my furnace issue. The repair was completed efficiently and final cleanup was thorough. I would recommend this company for similar services in the future."

"Promptly repaired central AC system for the amount they quoted."

"My longstanding service company told me my central air system was dead. They'd tried to fix it last year, and gave us a quote for $11,000 for a new system. I began soliciting other quotes and found Mamayek through Angie's list. Bob came to my house and looked at the system. It was only 11 years old and he had been installing the same unit up to last year. He asked one of his people to look at it. (Another great guy named Bob.) He recognized oil on a line, and found a leak pretty quickly. Bottom line -- these guys could have quoted me a $12,000 job and I'd have probably done it. Instead they did the right thing, the honest thing, and fixed/recharged the system for $600+. People need to know about this -- you can't put a price on character."

"Bob and his team were very professional. They arrived at my residence on time and spent more time than expected due to a need to replace the existing PVC venting pipe to a larger diameter. Overall I am very happy with the service performed by Bob's team. I definitely recommend his team to whoever needs heating and cooling service."

"very satisfied and happy great service"

"Shane was able to schedule a prompt appointment. He arrived on time and performed a thorough diagnostic on the furnace. He identified an issue I was unaware of and corrected the problem with the air conditioner using parts that were still under warranty. I will gladly use his services again."

"Marti, was very helpful. Respond quickly and came by within a few hours. I had two other companies come by and wanted a much more than Fast air. I highly recommend these guys."

"went very well.  We had previously paid another local heating and air conditioning company to do a fall inspection.  At that timie this "other" company told me that there were problems with the heat exchanger and that the unit was in immediate need of replacement.  In fact the service technician went so far as to shut off our furnace.   I called Professional for a 2nd opinion and the technician informed us that yes, our furnace was old, but that this furnace had so many safety measures that the unit would just shut itself off rather than cause a fire or a carbon monoxide leak.  He assured us that this furnace was fine to operate.
