He wasted no time in trouble shooting the unit, while at the same time engaging us in conversation. Problem found and fixed before we knew it. "We called Midwest heating and cooling because our furnace was not turning on and heating and the day before when it was on the back of the unit was hot. They came out next day in a timely manner. Our technician took lots of pictures as to how it looked when he started what his meters were saying with the numbers. Along with what it looked like when done. We got all of that emailed to us and is kept on file if they ever have to come out for something else so the same tech or another tech sees what was done the last time they came out.
