"The technician, David Martinez, called me to ask if he could come earlier due to a prior appointment cancellation. I have had other Furnace technicians check out my furnace. But, David was the only technician who actually cleaned the Flame Sensor, as he had to pull out other larger components to do so. He was also the only technician to check the C02 exhaust pipe outside the house to ensure there was no blockage. Although young, he seemed well-trained, professional, and meticulous.
