The remaining work was completed the next day. All demolition and trash was removed from the house. Our clean up consisted of wiping down surfaces and floors. This project went very well."

DO NOT RECOMMEND August 25th this company was supposed to come out and snake a drain in the basement after a floor drain back up They showed up 2 hours late , stated that they completed the repair and left. I Paid the invoice which i found surprisingly cheap but moved forward. Fast Forward to Sept 3rd - same floor drain is backed up again.. this time even worse. I give Mr.Pipey a call late at night 7PM or so, They apologize and tell me that they fired there previous technician and will be out the next day to complete the service free of charge, Meanwhile i have standing water in the basement. I call Roto- ROoter and they are out that night to fix the problem and back the work up with a warranty . Sept 4th comes - Mr. Pipey never shows up , Never Calls , Despite me getting the confirmation text of appt. I call them at 5:30 PM and again same apology , we got tied up installing a water heater... Oddly enough this is the same exact excuse they used for being late the first time. Now I am asking for reimbursement for the services rendered correctly by a Reputable company and they stated they would call me back before lunch on FRIDAY Sept 6th-- NO surprise, NO CALL... HENRY, AHMED , or TAYLOR ORANGE , whomever is the owner of this company I would like a Discussion as you told me yesterday that you were not scammers on the phone but your reviews, Address, and other information you have provided me seem to suggest otherwise.. "We asked for a different contractor early into our project and we were told no because the owner already paid the contractor they sent us. The contractor they sent blocked our ductwork work with a piece of wood and tin foil then filled it in with floor level. Now only 1 side of our house cools off when the air is on. It gets so cold it's unbearable the other side stays warm. When the furnace is on parts of our floor gets so hot we can barely walk on it. Our dishwasher only had cold available to hook up to because they hooked up our garden hose to the hot water coming directly from our hot water tank. They never hooked up our dishwasher and they new it needed to be framed in too. Our new shower drain still drains very slowly and they disconnected our garden hose on the west side under our new shower. The tiles are not flush and some have chips, scratches. Our toilet was so unlevel it rocked. It was over 3/4 of a inch off."
