He was very kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, as I suspected, it was a replacement. Jeff the project called and we walked through our options and price with him. He was low pressure and very understanding. We decided after our research to schedule a replacement for Sunday morning. Les and Brandon arrived on time and were very nice and worked quickly. I called and was able to speak to someone right away about scheduling the appointment. I was able to schedule the appt. for a few days later when I had the day off. I received a call the day before indicating when the technician was going to arrive, and he arrived during the window of time they provided.

The technician checked the a/c system inside and out, and he cleaned the exterior of the unit with the hose where I had missed it when cleaning. He also provided a lot of information about furnaces because I plan to have a new one installed before Winter. He was very knowledgeable about the differences between the different units, and he didn't try to sell me on any particular one.

The technician (I think his name was Chris) was very polite and professional. He said that he is currently going to college for heating and cooling, so I expect he will only become more knowledgeable as he progresses.
