"I can't say enough about how great the service from All About Heat & Air gave us this weekend! I called on a Saturday morning with a problem concerning my heat pump. They gave me an appointment for the next day, Sunday, because they work 7 days a week. Within an hour they had called back to offer me an appointment that very day due to a cancellation. The technician, Cole, sent a text letting me know he was on his way. He was polite and friendly. He knew right away what the problem was and it was solved within less than 30 minutes. Even though the problem was caused by my installation of a new thermostat, Cole did not make me feel stupid or foolish. Cole even went to the trouble to be sure he had picked up all the small pieces of copper wire that had fallen to the carpet. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
