"Chris did a great job fixing the edging around my garage door last summer so when I had issues with it closing I called Precision, the tec that was sent out was friendly and professional. "They were awesome.  I had an oddball sized garage door and they were able to locate and install a new one, add a lift motor, replace all of the channeling and add an outside entry keypad.  Now I'm able to park the cars inside once again.

"We had a little trouble connecting but it was my phones fault. But I am so glad Roddy keep on till I had a better connection. Because he is really good at garage door installs. He is fast but very thorough. He explained everything he was doing before he did it, which I appreciated. He left my garage cleaner than when he got there. I was so impressed I had him work on two more houses that I own. The price was very good too."

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
