"After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. Not only did he install a new unit, he replaced all the damaged wiring to the different zones and made sure everything worked properly including adjusting the spray nozzles. The company that delivered the toilet was not associated with Aces. But Joanne at Aces handled the rescheduling with no problem. The installation went perfectly and Dave did an excellent job. "This has been my best experience with Angies List.  I purchased the deal on Monday the 8th and after submitting my request, I had a phone call within a hour or two.  The service agent was extremely courteous and worked with my schedule to have a plumber at my house the next day.  I received a call to confirm the appointment and was even offered an earlier slot. As described the plumber was at my house on time.  The plumber Norman, listened to my issue, evaluated the line and gave me his suggestion on what action to take.  He did not try to up sell me on anything, he did explain the pros and cons of the service and then got to work. 
The plumber took his time, was respectful of my property and cleaned up any traces of his work. 
Bottom line, our kitchen sink was running slow and we had several quotes from $199 / $1200 for repairs, with this deal our drain was unclogged for under $50.  Deal or no deal I found a plumbing company I can work with in the future.
