"My experience with this company and the water solutions that they provided was phenomenal. Even though our home was quite a ways away from their normal service area, they were still able to send a team member, Zoe, out the next day to do a test of our well water. Zoe went through all of the different tests and thoroughly explained the results every step of the way. The next day they were able to send out a team to install the recommended water softening and filtration solutions. The guys that came out to do this work were quick, clean, and able to answer any of our questions. We could feel and taste the difference in our water immediately. We don't have to use as much soap for the dishes or for the shower as we used to thanks to all the hardness being filtered out. Our hair and skin feels much cleaner after a shower. The water not only tastes better, but we feel more at ease drinking it. My morning coffee tastes so much better and is much stronger than before (so now I can use less coffee). In the summer of 2020, my garbage disposal was leaking and needed to be replaced. I obtained several estimates and DryMount was by far the best when considering price and the quality of the disposal. Some other companies offered to sell me older models and were more expensive on parts alone than what DryMount charged for a newer and quieter model, which included installation. I could not have been happier with the service. In January 2021, I didn’t have hot water anywhere in the house. I was so happy with my previous experience, I called DryMount to ask if they could check out my water heater. Despite being late in the afternoon, they came the same day and thoroughly checked it out. My water heater is very inconveniently located in a very small closet and, despite having to get on a ladder and contort their bodies into uncomfortable positions, they discovered that my water heater was fine and that I likely just had a power surge. They took care of the problem and only charged me $89, which is the fee for coming out to your house, and did not charge me anything extra. FWIW, the guys have a great sense of humor, and was put at ease before i felt any guilt For having to make the guys get on a ladder and twist themselves into a pretzel . I absolutely trust DryMount and they are my first call for when the inevitable pains of homeownership arise. They are the best, both with regard to quality of service and price. "At 7pm on Saturday the 15th, In the middle of the Presidents` Day holiday, the value on my tenant’s apartment radiator started to leak at the rate of 1/2 c every half hour. My house, and the radiator, is 111 years old. I frantically called two 24 hour emergency plumbers and none of them came through. I then called Magnolia, who I had never used before, and Jose Vilche came to my house 40 minutes later. He had to drain the radiators and shut off the water flow as he could not remove the valve, but about 8:20 the next morning he arrived with his assistant, Angel, to cap that radiator and refill the system. He returned on Tuesday, as I had to work on Monday, with his supervisor who was finally able to remove the valve. The radiator stays capped until Tuesday the next week (accommodating my work schedule) when Vincent and Angel install the new valve. I had them also install a new drain valve on a second apartment radiator. So now, after all the draining and bleeding and testing for water balance, the radiators are functioning better than they ever had before. While Magnolia is not inexpensive, the cost was definately worth my peace of mind. Jose was in constant contact with me, he arrived exactly on schedule, explained each step along the way and worked diligently on my horrible problem until it was resolved. Thank you Magnolia- this was a stressful time for me and I was very satisfied with the service I had received!"
