"I have been a customer of Genove Oil for over three decades and always appreciate their service and professionalism. This week I needed to have a new fuel oil tank installed. I was advised about my options, picked one and arranged a date for installation. The crew arrived on time and gave me an accurate estimate of how long the job would take. A careful inspection revealed a corroded pipe which was replaced. I was kept informed of what was being done and why, and cannot speak highly enough of Shawn and his co-worker. "I've called Sila before to work on my HVAC unit and realized they offer plumbing services when my tank-less water heater stopped working. They were able to come by that day I called to see what was wrong. Once they were onsite they deterimed my hot water valve stopped working and were able to replace it and got my hot water working in no time."

"I couldn't recommend these guys more. We had a 21-year old boiler replaced and upgraded, and a new hot water tank installed. I can't think of a single way they could have improved the whole process. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, on time, clean, considerate, extremely professional and they did exactly what they said they would. The also installed a temporary hot water tank and left electric space heaters on the one night the burner was out of service. Everything is now working as they said it would, and a big bonus is their workmanship actually LOOKS great too! A+++"
