"The designers listened to our input and accompanied us at the Homewood Garden Center, where they are located, to collaborate on the selection and placement of all plant material to be used.  They were very responsive to our questions and patient throughout the planning process.  The design and materials list were clear and concise, which made it easy for us to secure the prompt approval of our HOA.  Hannah reached out to us to give us the option to have larger Hinoki Cypress they found installed.  They were well worth the extra money. <br /> The work took three days to complete.  They had all the underground utilities marked beforehand.  Mike, the foreman, consulted with us and kept us informed throughout the process.  He explained things without us having to ask and took the initiative to make recommendations.  He even asked us where they should install the lighting transformer/timer instead of just having it attached to the foundation near an exterior receptacle.  This let us have it installed out of sight and protected from the weather inside the crawl space.  They had trouble locating the large rounded river boulders we wanted.  Instead of settling for something less than what we wanted, they searched several rock suppliers until they found right ones.  Mike also suggested we have a dry river rock drainage path installed that aligned with our side yard swale to prevent the mulch from washing away during heavy rains.  We approved this add-on and were very pleasantly surprised when he told us there would not be an addition charge for this since we had one less ground light installed than was in the plan.  The entire crew was very careful to minimize the impact of their work on the lawn and existing landscaping, and to keep things neat and clean. <br /> Overall, we are very pleased with the process and final result.  We won't hesitate to retain Landvision Designs for all out future landscaping needs. <br />"

"We’d give CQCHome six stars if we could! We are veterans of several major home renovation projects (some great, others bad). CQCHome was the best. We are very happy we selected them. They delivered a full kitchen replacement, along with new laundry room, bathroom, and office. From initial sales, through design, build, and warranty, CQCHome’s experience and skill earned our full confidence. Their planning and project management expertise kept our renovation on budget and on schedule (they finished early!) Communications were seamless throughout. Their sub-contractors are skilled and courteous. The CQCHome team was outstanding. A few special shout outs: Ken Combs (owner) was great during the initial proposal process. Pricing and estimation were easy thanks to Patrick Bowers. Ericka Combs and Stephanie Palm were wonderful during design phase and throughout – special thanks to them both for their creativity and patience as we waivered on materials and design choices. LaTina handled billing and change orders perfectly. Our project was managed by Shawn Norstrud, who is a star. His customer focus went way above our expectations. His carpentry crew was skilled, friendly, and great to have in our home – Sean, Noah, Justin, Marcus. "We had Luxury Living Scapes install two large patios, 15'x20', and 17'x25', an arbor, grade and fill along the back of our 1969 Tudor Style home and install proper drainage from the gutter downspouts in the Spring of 2018. Rudy and his team listened to what we were wanting to accomplish, including drainage, design, functionality and worked with us with good suggestions and ideas to help the project tie in to our existing house. With a 50 year old house we wanted it to look like it belonged to the house not a "new" addition to an old structure. His team was prompt and fast, doing quality work. In fact had another foundation contractor by the house for some other work and he noted the quality of the workmanship the crew was doing. We had a small miscommunication on some hardware and installation of the drainage portion of the project, but Rudy was a real pro and we we easily solved the discrepancy. This project was one we had been saving for for several years and Luxury Living Scapes were great to work with. They kept the area clean, had to pull up some chain link fencing to get the equipment in the backyard and reinstalled like it was never moved. Rudy's knowledge of the science behind quality installation of pavers is what made him stand out from the the other half dozen patio installers we talked to at a local home show. He took the time to explain what made a good installation, the types of pavers and the reasons behind the cost. We used the patios all summer and the installation has held up well through out the fall and winter. He was not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, I am not worried that in 2 years the pavers will be coming out, settling or shifting. I can tell this installation will likely last for many many years to come. The best compliment I got was from a relative who visits frequently and had seen our sorry previous patio and dirt spot, he said "It looks just like it was built with the house" exactly what we wanted and Rudy and his crew delivered. I highly recommend Luxury Living Scapes, you will not be disappointed."

I got a response fairly quickly, but once they found out I was not a company and only had 3/4 of an acre, they didn't want to do it and referred me to the man across the street from them, who does this type of work also. Jay and his team were very professional, did high quality work, were very pleasant, were very attentive to our needs during the remodel and made sure were were pleased with the results. The Chimney repair was identified during the middle of the project and was required due to newly discovered water leak (after hurricane Mathew). Jay took the lead to determine what the problem was and get the right people to fix it at a very reasonable cost. We also had several other items we added to the project scope after work had begun. The items were incorporated into the project at fair and reasonable cost by Jay. Jay has a highly qualified group of people he uses for major projects like this. Jim, his expert carpenter, was personable, professional and very skillful. He went the extra mile to be sure everything was done right, were robust and of high quality. Ralph, who did all the painting and finishing work including refinishing out solid wood entry door, provided great advise and he along with his team did a great job painting the entire interior of the house. Jay also helped during the project in numerous areas (kitchen cabinets, trim work, staining, repairs) to keep the project moving along. In addition to Jay's professional attitude, he is a person of high integrity. Jay worked very closely with us and treated us fairly through issues that came up during the project (i.e. cabinet shipment delays, chimney repair, and contract change orders). While pricing is always a critical component to a project like this, equally if not more important is using a contractor who is experienced, trustworthy and someone you can work with through out the project. We are so glad we used Jay for our remodel. We felt we received high value for the money we paid for this remodel and the results exceeded our expectations. We love the new interior of home and look forward to enjoying it for years to come."
