"Mr. Graci provided a perspective buyer of my home with a report that indicated numerous serious problems with the house. He only came into the garage and never went to the first and second floors of the home and never climbed a ladder to throughly investigate the upper areas of the outside of the house. Despite this he made claims about interior floors and outside walls. His report was so disturbing that I hired another structural engineer to inspect the house. This engineer entered every room in the house, climbed a ladder to inspect the outside walls, and took measurements of cracks. His report refuted all but a small fraction of Mr. Graci’s report. I also had a contractor inspect the house, areas of his expertise, and his findings refute Mr. Graci. Therefore, I would be very careful and hesitant to hire Mr. Graci! He did not do professional work as it related to my house."
