"I had received 5 other estimates before meeting with Shaun, the owner of Ameritech Services to have 2 layers of roof removed and a new one installed. He was very pleasant and discusses every detail of the process during the free estimate. This made the consult longer than most but was ultimately why I chose his company, since I knew they would not skimp corners on getting the job done. The roof I chose came with a 5 year labor warranty and a 30 year warranty on product. The project came with up to 10 sheets of decking if it needed to be replaced, and I needed 9! Several of the other companies, you have to pay for each sheet of plywood needed or includes just a few so that worked out great for me.
