"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Scott is a great guy and skilled technician. I attempted to repair my ac unit myself. I called him on Saturday morning because I needed a fan puller to get the old one off and Scott brilliantly called a place that offered one and allowed me to pick it up and use it then buy it after the job was complete! How awesome is that? In the process of replacing the condenser fan I must’ve displaced a wire or something and informed Scott. Who then called me and came out on his afternoon off to fix the issue! Do yourself a favor and call Scott the first time. He does a great job and won’t jerk you around like some of his competitors."

Since I was without a heater during a cold-spell, he made arrangements to come over that evening after his last appointment to look at it. Wasn't able to fix that night due to a bad board, but came back the next evening to install. Got heater up and running that night, only to be faced with a cold house again the next morning.
