"In all extremely well. The bid was fixed cost for remove of the old water heater and installing a new one. Given the new Water heater is physically larger than the old, they also had to move the existing heater and no additional cost. It took 3 hours from start to finish and the whole worksite was left clean and tidy. Oddly, a couple of hours later my furnace stopped working and I saw that a small pipe that drained from the furnace was pinched under the new heater. I called Manwill and they dispatched someone who arrived at my house in less than 30 minutes, agreed that this was the cause of the furnace issue and resolved it within 5 mins. I am rating Manwill an 'A' simply because they didn't hesitate to send someone out who resolved the problem immediately. I will absolutely use them again. They may not be the cheapest but the quality of goods provided and service is worth every cent."
