"I liked the entire operation, the way they do business at Advanced Restoration and Waterproofing. Moles are causing drainage and erosion issues and if eliminating them does not work I plan to hire Advanced. I did research on several other drainage companies that gave me estimates and Advanced specializes in drainage They are bonded, and insured against damage to underground utility lines as well as workmen s injury, etc. They also guarantee their work which many small scale operators don t. Long story short, if you go, as I often have in the past, with a lower quote…… the final invoice is above the initial estimate (low balled), plus the re-do to get it right, and the risk of damage to an underground cable (cost) will more than offset (exceed) the initial quote from Advanced. The best only costs a dime more. Very professional all around."

"Work went well. Crew arrived when scheduled and on time. Seemed very professional, friendly, and conscientious. They showed me what they were doing and how the piers would be installed. I gathered 5 quotes for the job and they were the most professional/competitive of everyone I spoke with and I was not disappointed. Only minor complaint would be that it seemed the grading on the back fill was left a bit high. I was told it would settle, but I doubt it will settle that much. Not a big deal--I would still highly recommend them."

"We hired Rick and J Co. for a basement remodel, which included tearing down old wood paneling, ceiling panels, old carpet, and adding waterproofing for about 1200 square feet of space. J. Co did a full demolition, and installed all new lighting, carpet, drywall, electrical, paint and a wall that would create a new bedroom. They installed a new closet in the added bedroom, all new custom doors, painted our laundry room floor, and even did a few odd jobs that came up along the way (repairing an old pipe, rewiring a telephone line, helping install the knob for a fireplace to name a few). Rick and his entire team were wonderful to work with. Even with delays of the major flooding that occurred throughout the city, they still managed to finish in great time and delivered a basement we are very proud of. Every detail was addressed and all guys were professional at all times! They left our space clean and beautiful. We would hire J Co. again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone else! "Schedule to do the work at noon on Saturday. Did call at 11:00 a.m. because they had a tire blowout and let me know he would be a couple hours late. But they did show up when they said they would. Tree was trimmed excellently. Just what I wanted. All of the haul away was done. Yard was cleaned up exactly the way it looked before arrival. Could not be happier. Are planning on having them back to trim another tree."
