"We had a small project that we wanted done being disabled I was not able to do it. We had two old window shutters above the garage that we wanted replaced. Called Tim on a Thursday an said they could do it the next day Friday. Tom came out an completed the project. We are extremely happy with the work he completed for us. We’re happy the a company like Tri State took such a small job for us when others wouldn’t. The cost was right on with no other hidden fees. "We reached out to Mid-Valley to repair our chimney. After soliciting 5 estimates, Mid-Valley wasn't the absolute cheapest but they weren't the most expensive either. We chose Mid-Valley over others based on their favorable review record on Angie's List. Overall we were very happy with the work. <br> <br>Matt and his crew were courteous and timely with all communication. They made an effort to match our existing brick color as closely as possible and their quality of work looks very good. A year later we are still very pleased with the work. The only slight concern we had was that they didn't drape our fireplace opening (we have no fireplace insert with doors) and while work was being completed we did have some issue with some dust and debris falling down our chimney. But once we mentioned it to them, they must've been more careful up top, because we saw less debris making its way down the chimney. After the chimney work was completed, they did a chimney sweep that helped clean up the debris that had fallen down our chimney and all we were left to clean was some of the dust that had spread to surfaces in our living room. But I must stress, this was a very minor issue, we were very pleased with the quality of work and I would still highly recommend Mid-Valley Chimney to anyone looking to have chimney work completed. <br> <br>In addition, when we opened the top sealing damper for the first time a few months later, we somehow got the chain stuck. We called and Matt sent someone out to free it for us for no charge. <br> <br>Very happy with the work and service. Would use again or recommend. "

"I needed to have chimney caps put on 2 flues, but was told by another vendor that the flues might be too cracked to do so without being repaired or cut down. I called several companies and did not get a reply from 2. The third company, All Seasons Chimney, referred me to Bruce because they felt he was best suited for the particular work. Bruce answered when I called and set up to come look at the situation 2 days later. He and his son, Chad, come that day, assessed the situation and installed the 2 caps the same day. Bruce and Chad were very knowledgable and personable. I would use them again for sure! Actually I am awaiting an estimate for some additional work that I inquired about before they left."

He immediately called me back and set up a date for quote. We accepted his bid in earlr May for mid to late August. I had expected not to hear from his company again. About a week before mid August, Kevin called and told me the date of installation and what would happen the day preceding to prepare for the day of the pour. The team arrived at 7 AM.
