"Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. Jeff scheduled the water mitigation process to begin first thing Monday morning. We are especially grateful for the kindness these 2 professionals showed us in our time of need."

"Professional operation, nice equipment. Hired them for multiple loads on different days."

They answered immediately and had a priority response technician at my home right away to extract water and place drying equipment. I was very pleased with their clean workspace and communication throughout the entire process. They communicated directly with my insurance company which saved me a lot of time. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of emergency restoration services."

"We had severe water damage in our home that affected the kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and pantry. Jose and his team came to the rescue and did an exceptional job restoring everything. They worked quickly, stayed organized, and kept the area spotless every day. Jose is incredibly reliable, honest, and easy to communicate with. He always showed up on time, kept his promises, and made sure every part of the job was done right. His crew is skilled, professional, and worked efficiently together. I got three estimates before starting, and Jose not only offered the best price but also finished the job faster than anyone else. The results are clean and beautiful — you’d never know there was any water damage! They truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend Jose and his team!"

"I had a really stressful situation when a toilet supply line burst and affected four bedrooms in my home. Water was everywhere and I didn?t know where to start. Nexgen Property Restoration responded the same day, which made a huge difference. They immediately extracted all the water and set up drying equipment to prevent further damage. What stood out most was how quickly they got my insurance involved and moving that same day. Steven was our main point of contact and handled everything from mitigation through repairs. He stayed on top of communication and made the entire process feel smooth and manageable. The project was actually completed about five days earlier than expected, which was a huge relief for my family. Everything turned out great and the house is back to normal. I highly recommend Nexgen for anyone dealing with water damage."
