They framed our house and a large custom deck and I received progress pictures while they were working. After they finished their work, I hired a team to add insulation and sheet rock. The owner of this company specifically asked who did the framing, because they could tell it was meticulously built. I plan to use Next Construction for future projects as well!"

He is very conscientious about his work and professional and trustworthy. We leave him here to do his work and we are not even home. Our dogs love him! (That says a lot). "I just can't say enough about the detail, precision, and care that Steven puts into his work. If I could rate him an A+ on here, I would have. Excellent in every way. Perfect cabinet installation. He fastening it to the studs in wall, even when the directions did not call for it. He fixed a problem with our recirculating pump that no other handyman or even plumber could figure out! For the first time in 8-1/2 years, we finally don't have to wait 2 minutes for hot water in our master bathroom!!! My husband was amazed this morning!!! Not only did he fix the door on our bathroom vanity that no one else could, but also saved me from making a huge mistake with my selection of caulk for some brickwork. Honestly, Steven has been a blessing from the Lord. I already have hired him for other various jobs, that will take competence. You won't go wrong if you hire him."

"Well, they were late.  Didn't bring a ladder,  but I have an extra that another contractor left here, so I had one they could use.  Cleaned the gutters, which required removing the  gutter covers/ leaf preventers (hah!) and then re-installing them.

Unfortunately, about 3 weeks later we had some pretty strong winds and 3 of the gutter covers blew off.  I hadn't gotten around to re-installing them when they came to install the Christmas lights, so they put them back on for me.

Also, they didn't turn the water off when they were through.  A couple weeks later the POA came by to tell me I had a water leak; well , no, the fools had left the water running.  My water bill was triple that month.  Sheesh.

So, yeah, I wouldn't have made the same mistakes if I'd done it myself, but I really don't want to be on the roof where it's a two-story drop and there's no one here to watch.  So I'll probably use these folks again, but I also know to check EVERYTHING before they leave."
