They arranged for a visit for an estimate within one hour. The on-site project manager was Jason V. He assessed the situation and gave us a very clear, on-the-spot estimate. After that, he went to the supplier to acquire the new water heater and other parts. They came back within an hour to start the job. Jason and his coworker Hulices took about 3 hours to complete the job. They were both extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. "Simi Valley - Service is good but they are pricey. Drain line under bathroom sink needed to have p-trap and clean out plug replaced. Hands were pretty much tied with an open clean out. Gave price of 2400. To make the repair. Now, I know it could be opening a can of worms but it could also be an easy repair, which it was. It was a 4 to 5 hour job. Probably won’t be using them in the future."
