"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.

"We hired Overall Plumbing Heat & Cooling to replace a kitchen faucet and are very happy with the experience. When replacing the faucet they made us aware of a rusted part of the piping connecting to the dishwasher and recommended we replace it to avoid a flood. "Previously, I had gotten burned by a plumber from a different company during a water heater installation (literally, the house was on fire from blow torch - welding pipes) which made me very skeptical. When Moe and John arrived we reviewed the job and discussed the coupon that was offered as part of the service. When I learned that there were issues because of the "fine print" details of the job, I was ready to end the conversation and move on to the plumbing company. However, they were quick to honor the spirit of the coupon, gave me a fair price (though it was a little more than I initially wanted to spend - the job was more involved than I first thought) and even went with me to Home Depot to provide hands on recommendations regarding the replacement faucet. I paid for the faucet myself, so there was no mark up on the price and they installed it immediately; checking for leaks throughout the process to make sure there were no issues. They did an excellent job! I can wholeheartedly recommend them and yes, I would hire them again! Moe - Apologies for the late review, but I did keep my word."

He quoted us reasonably - and was generous with his work and time when what we thought was a simple job turned out to be much more complicated. "We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

Greenleaf did a great job of fixing an emergency situation we had with both our plumbing and heating. As soon as I called him he was very responsive, told me certain precautions to take while he was on his way, and got there quickly. As soon as he arrived he did a thorough check on everything effected by a pipe that burst, gave us a few options on the best way to fix this issue going forward and quickly repaired the pipe and added insulation to prevent future issues. He then took a look at a heating issue that we had, which was ongoing for over a year, and was able to fix it quickly (when no other company could figure it out). This is who you should hire if you need an honest and reliable company. We will be using him for many years to come as it is very hard to find companies that don't try to take advantage or exaggerate their charges when it comes to these situations. Great guy great company.
