He replaced my kitchen cabinet doors, he installed my new bathroom: including vanity, medicine cabinet, light fixture, tile flooring, and toilet. All came out perfect. He replaced old closet doors with new bi-fold doors, and he helped with many other details I needed. I will definitely be using him again, I am very happy with everything!"

"From the moment he came to give us an estimate, Craig and Creative Images were everything we could have hoped for. We'd bought our house in the winter, so we were unaware that the property did not drain properly. It became an immediate issue the following summer with standing water at various spots throughout the yard, so we knew it was going to be an unforeseen project. But, more specifically, we knew it was a project we could not afford to get wrong. We received other estimates that were temporary fixes to the problem that were portrayed as "all we needed." When Craig arrived, his idea was completely different and much more comprehensive. What others had said was fixable with simply regrading the property, Craig quickly identified as a much more complex problem. He showed us that a drainage system was the only solution because the type of soil in our yard (clay), and that, in addition to raising and regrading the property, this would alleviate the problem. We decided if we were going to fix it, we would make sure we fixed it correctly, and banked on Craig's expertise - even though it was more money. The yard has turned out to be perfect. It's a completely new space, a total 180 from what it was just four months ago. Our dog and the rest of the family can actually use the space now, and while it was expensive, it was money well spent. While his knowledge and ideas were obviously fantastic, the thing that really set Craig and his company apart was their professionalism and how they conducted themselves throughout all phases of the job. Every single member of the team that worked on our job over a two-day period was personable, pleasant and professional from the minute they stepped foot on the property. I asked several different members of the team questions over the course of the two days, and each one knew the answer without having to ask anyone else. Also, we have a six-month-old daughter, and they made it a point to wave and smile at her while she watched from the window. They left our property spotless when they were finished, and even came back after the first rain storm to make sure everything was working properly. I could not possibly give Craig and Creative Images a higher recommendation. "It was an amazing experience. We had been burnt by a landscape designer just recently and were ready to just scrap the whole project. I reached out to Brian after reading some positive reviews on Angie's List. I contacted 4 different companies in total and Professionally Green was the only company we could put trust in, they were not the least expensive, but far from the priciest. They contacted us immediately and walked us through the whole project while listening to our every concern. We were concerned we wouldn't beat the weather but his team worked tirelessly to complete a better than expected outdoor landscape for us. Brian was on the site every day, a rarity from most other companies, and even accommodated a picky request to change a part of the demolition half way through. I even drove home so that I could explain what I wanted to be completed but there was no need, they already took care of it for me and went above and beyond. Brian and his team really listen to everything we asked for and made it happen. We got more than we asked for, whatever he promised he over delivered.

"Everything was great from start to finish. From the office staff to installation team. Everything was seamless. They came when they said they would and produced the result I hired them for. We had multiple lawn zones and planting bed zones installed with Hunter product heads. Our water pressure was on the low side so with the advice of Joel went with a newer style mist combo rotor head to combat the pressure issues. When everything was installed and the team was cleaning up, Joel programmed the sprinkler system timer to an app on my phone and taught me how to use it. I can turn it on and off no matter where I am and can edit all settings from my office or while away on vacation. This new technology makes everything easier and more efficient. Couldn't be happier with the results!!!"

"He arrived on time, covered the carpeting and the appliances in the area where he was working.  Got right to work cutting out the old, discolored ceiling.  We can't tell where the ceiling was missing at all after dealing with the hole for months.
The ceiling was painted two days later (he wasn't well the next day) making sure everything was dry.
It looks great and I plan to enlist his services again for other jobs, hopefully in the spring.
