"Previous inspections by other plumbers had told us faucet was old and was not repairable, so the tile wall would have to be broken to replace the entire faucet unit. I did not have replacement tile to patch the broken ones. So I went to Angie's List and found Advanced Professionals. The Advanced Professional plumber did arrive late due to a previous job (this can happen.) But Advanced Professional's office kept us updated and promised the repair would still be performed. Job was performed in less than an hour. Plumber had all parts for the work. He checked the repair with the water running by videoing the repair from behind the tile wall (there was an access panel available) and reviewed the video with me. The job site was cleaned before he left. We discussed other minor issues around the house, and he made his professional recommendations. I will use them for future work. Advanced Professionals always answers the phone during normal business hours. This is key. As many plumbers are one or two person operators and won't answer the phone once they are on the job and their voice mail is usually full. I highly recommend this company."

Not only did they arrive on time and clean up after themselves, they took the time to go over the new water heater shut off valve and alarm. They helped me install the app on my phone. "This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"

"I am a returning customer. Tim and co did a stellar job installing my water softener. At the time when he gave me the quote for the softener, he also included a separate quote for a Reverse osmosis (RO) unit. At that time, I just did the softener with out the RO, thinking I would continue getting bottled water as I did. Fast forward to last week, I can no longer buy water in the larger 2.5 gallon cans due to high demand during the COVID 19 situation. The softener that Tim put has been working flawlessly for the last 2 years and I called NMP again to enquire about adding the RO system. They were very nice and still honored the original quote and got it done promptly. They gave me the option to install a separate faucet near the sink or have the water dispensed from the refrigerator. I chose the latter. I am glad I no longer need to depend on the stores for drinking water. Given the sudden high demand, NMP could have easily done price gouging if they were greedy. But they did not. It shows their high ethics, moral values and integrity in which they operate. I will continue to recommend Tim and Co to my friends and colleagues."

"Once again I called Sam for assistance. The heavy rain last week caused flooding in my basement resulting in a problem with my heat/air unit and hot water. He came the same day I called quickly fixed the hot water problem. My other unit which was 40 years old needed to be replaced. He gave me a fair quote set up the old unit temporarily and would be able to install the new unit in just 2 days. The team arrived at 8:45AM and worked until 11PM. The new unit is working beautiful. They did a fantastic job. Sam went above and beyond to help us out. I cannot praise him enough and would highly recommend them."
