"Pleasant and competent team. Spanish speaking but primaries speak English as well. Finished job in time estimated. Followed up on requests quickly. Kept area clean and removed all trash. Prices were reasonable. Will call on them again if we need services."

"Nidal Saade was a top professional who not only had a good team, good equipment, and worked hard with his team to make my condo clean of toxic mold, but was also a polite and caring man who helped us through this difficult time. You will be wise to select his company for your mold removal."

"Quality 1 registration deserves a top-notch rating. Yoni and his staff are “can do”, professional, excellent people who follow through on their commitments. A month ago I returned at the end of a long day to my downstairs condo with 3 inches of water due to an inlet pipe breaking in my downstairs bathroom. Water was leaking out of both my back and front doors. After calling a plumber to fix the leak, I lucked out on a google internet search for a water remediation company. Yoni and his team were knocking at my door shortly thereafter in spite of the later evening phone call from me. I am certain the prompt service limited the overall damage. However, my condo was not rated to hold this amount of water for a period of hours and the damage ended up being pretty substantial. Over the next few weeks, Yoni helped me work with my insurance company providing them detailed reports to support their inspection of my premises. Given my initial positive experience, I decided to continue with Quality 1 for the mold remediation and the mold was successfully removed. While I am humbled by the whole experience, Yoni and Quality 1 were flat out an honor to do business with. I wish the company the best. We are so lucky to have professionals like Quality 1 in this market."

"They did amazing work! I have no complaints. Got up all the water before mold had a chance to grow. Hopefully I will not have to use them again! But if I run into this issue again i will definitely be calling them!"

"They were very professional and friendly. Neat and orderly! Cleaned up afterwards."

"Immediate response to a water main house flood to get the water under control and start removing the water. Removed damaged areas and worked with our insurance company to get the problem solved."

"Technicians were onsite quickly, assured me everything was going to be ok. They cleaned up the mess that occurred from my bathroom supply line in a timely fashion. Very impressed by the service they gave."

"They were from the start the right choice. Straight forward pricing, outstanding execution, and quality. We needed mold remediations, repairing the ceiling, and a mold and bacteria fogging. Every step of the way, it felt like a partnership vs a contractor. Everything was explained and we were consulted all along the way. I trust their work and professionalism. Absolutely recommend!"

"So I own a restaurant over here in Tampa Bay and I had a little bit of a smoky issue not a big fire, but the smoke caused quite a bit of damage. Their team was absolutely amazing and I wouldn?t recommend anyone else. The best part I would have to say is the customer service because I was pretty frustrated and they were able to communicate pricing, scheduling, and follow ups. 10 thumbs up from the guy"
