"Scott replaced the water heater, and also cleared our basement floor drain that another very popular plumbing company (that supposedly specializes in drain clearing) could not clear. This other company had quoted me $1300 to excavate our basement and clear the drain. More if they had to move the furnace to get at the drain. Scott from Expert had the drain flowing freely in about 10 minutes, for $185. He also recommended the installation of an expansion tank on our new water heater, as he felt the pressure is what caused premature failure of our previous water heater. He completed the furnace checks efficiently.  He gave his honest opinion on what humidifier system would work best in our home and didn't try to upwell us unnecessarily.  He gave us quotes on 3 different systems ranging from $500-$1000+.  He suggested the mid range system (which we have been very happy with)  He also did not try to sell us on a system for both of our furnaces - he explained that it was only necessary on 1 system.
