"Over all the quality of Flat Rates work was excellent . We also had work done a while back which included a new bedroom, new bathroom and a laundry room. We are very happy with the finished work. We have had a few issues with some of Flat Rates work but they have been more than willing to come and fix or redo any problems that came up after the work was done. Which is a great sign of a good contractor. Their customer service is wonderful. I would recommend Flat Rate if you need a addition or remolding done."
