"Dawn and Carmine gave fast response and detail quote to customer. We discussed our usage and they recommended the high recovery water heater model to fit our need. Installation job is professional and fast. Technicians showed up on time and completed the job in about 1 hour. Our unit is located on 3rd floor so it is considered a difficult job. I'd recommend garden state water heaters to my friends and family for their water heater replacement."

"I needed to replace my Water Heater with a special order Bradford Smith. This company is fair priced and does quality work. The office staff are great at answering the phone and very helpful to insure that any permits or paperwork gets done in a timely manner."

"Very grateful for such an easy and pleasant experience when I suddenly found my very old hot water heater leaking all over the basement floor on a Sunday evening. I did a quick panicked search and thankfully Arctic answered my call and put me at ease with a quote for a replacement and an install appt for first call the next morning. Adam K arrived on time, was very sweet & professional, and installed our new unit in under an hour. Will definitely use Arctic again!"

"They were very responsive, both during the phase when we were deciding whom to choose, and once the boiler was installed.  Work was reasonably clean, and installation went well.  All parts of old system removed from property. New system works well, and when tweaking was needed, service was prompt and attentive.

My Hot water heater busted on Christmas night and i called advanced professional 26th early morning, tech at my home in no time to provide estimate and work was done within next 4-6 hours. Technician name Abe who came to my house for service is one of the best. Very polite, professional and make sure work is done neat and clean. "We had several different technicians working on installing a new water heater in a crawl space. There were several different unexpected occurrences that arose, but the guys were great. They were respectful, curious, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and extremely patient explaining our oppositions. They were responsive and prompt to some unexpected situations. Highly recommend them, I'm giving the technicians ten stars for their professional and respectful work ethics."
